NETREGISTER was previously marketed by Chesley Rafferty as a domain name business. The company was not related to the auDA Registrar NETREGISTRY.

NETREGISTER was successfully sued by the ACCC breaking the Trade Practices Act and is no longer in business.

When the domain name netregister.com.au expired, NETREGISTRY registered it with the sole purpose of publishing this statement.
